  • immunizations at age one?

My son will be a year old in october and will be due for more shots. I am very nervous about giving him shots due to the link between vaccinations and autism. My brother is autistic and i remember seeing a drastic change after he had a set of shots at a year and half. I want my son to have every oppertunity in life and autism held my brother back alot, but i dont want him getting a virus that could potentially kill him. I have tried doing my own research and find that everyone has a different opionion. I want some facts... which vaccines have mercury in them (they use it as a preservative)? is there a certain set of vaccines that is suppose to cause autism more? can i hold off on getting them done once he is older so he can attend school? will it make a difference if i hold off till later? any information is greatly appreciated but please dont just answer with hearsay. please provide websites if you can...

  • My son is 7 months old and this spot came up...?

My son is 7 moths old and i noticed a spot on his gum yesterday. It is like a grayish black color, not very big, about the size of half a dime. I called the doctors but they are idiots and said they dont know what it is but there is no reason for us to see him. So i was wondering if anyone knew what could cause this on a baby. Also it looks almost like a bruise but i pushed on it and it didnt seem to hurt him.
