  • statue of limitations on child abuse?

I have custody of my 2 children, their mother signed off custody to me to avoid going to court and possible prison time for some serious child abuse. I didn't want to be the one who took their mother away, so I agreed not to take any actions if she gave me custody. well, it's been about 6 years since the abuse. and now she wants to take me to court to get custody back. is there a statue of limitations for child abuse? this is for Kentucky.

  • How to die without pain?

I've heard of many ways to die that are painless, like parking the car in the garage and keeping it running. is there any other thing, maybe something that will put you to sleep? I know it's a strange question, flame me, report me, I don't care, just throw an answer in there with it.

  • Broken Finger, not healing right?

I broke my finger, December 27,2008, actually dislocated it, and fractured it. went to hospital, they set back in place, told me to wear a splint for 1 month. I have 12 days left before I take it off. I removed it today, and my finger "which is my pinky" is twice the size of my good one. it's crooked, and absolutely cannot bend it. I would think 19 days would take care of any swelling. but it hasn't. this is the first time I've broke or dislocated anything, is this normal? or should I be worried?
