I know that I should not just give a dsesired pay range and most HR people suggest leading into the with stating your salary history (i.e. in my current position I make.....), but my current salary is well below average for the particular position that I have and I would like a job that pays a great deal more. I have done research for this position for the city that I live in and I would to at least make the average amount in my next job.

Part of the chorus goes "don't cry, dry your eyes, He's not dead.....don't weep....." The children's choir sing it at my church, but I wanted to know the artist and title.

I have heard this song on most contemporary adult R&B stations. I think it's pretty recent. I think the title is "Fantasy", but it is by a female and she sings" I can be your fantasy...." I'll be whatever you want me to be......" Nice groove tune. Can anyone help?
