So here's the situation:

I'm a 17 year old high school senior in the middle of my senior tennis season. Our team won states last year, and we're looking to do the same this year. I put a lot of pressure on myself to succeed so it kind of results in having insomnia from time to time. I've always had insomnia come and go in my life, normally because I'm just "pushing" myself to sleep too intensely that I can't even sleep. I play terrible when I'm tired which just makes my insomnia worse. So before a big match, or sometimes when I know a big tourney is coming up later in the week, my insomnia flares. If I can't fall asleep by say, midnight, I take some nyquil to help myself sleep. If I continue this cycle, I'll probably continue to take it probably 3-4 times a week for about one more month. After that, I'm done with sports. So I really could care less about sleep and won't take the nyquil.

So through all that, my question is this: is taking that nyquil to sleep for just one more month a terrible idea? I know I'm building a mental addiction, but I can break that after I'm done with tennis. Does it do any physical harm?

Here's the question. "What does the Constitution have to say about national versus state power? How was the supremacy of the national government established in the American federal system?"

I need six pages of 1.5 spaced, 12-point font. I'm just looking for any kind of bullets that I could expand upon in my essay. I really have no idea how to write six pages on this small question, and it's stressing me out. So any help would be great.
