1991 Nissan 300zx automatic transmission.

Second transmission same scenario that caused the first to go out, second transmission was used not rebuilt:

Transmission work great went on a short trip 30miles, went around a turn and accelerated to 55MPH(not hard) let off gas a little, foot on the gas but no gear, no noises, pull over no gears (reverse, D, D1,D2).

Can it be a transmission computer that are causing these to go out? Other oddity with both transmissions is hard shifting only in 1st to 2nd. The fluids are perfect, the transmission pump works. I don't want to buy a new transmission and then have it go out again, I know it maybe bad luck because I purchased a used and I know rebuilt would be stronger. I am hoping it is the shifting solenoids or electrical. Anything that I can fix?

I have a Honda 83 VF750F (Interceptor). The situation is this: I drove it 40 miles on the highway temperature gauge shows warm. But then when I got into town stop/go I noticed that my guage kept rising towards overheating, I didn't hear my fans turn on but from what I read they won't until right overheating. At this time I get going 40 mph and the temp returns to normal.

I recently changed the coolant, and flushed the radiators.

Also changed the oil.

Is this normal for this motorcycle?
