  • Which are the Best Vegas Clubs and how to prevent paying cover charges?

Me and my girlfriend are coming to Vegas and since she likes dancing we are looking for some nice clubs to go to, but without paying $30 or more for cover. This gets quite expensive, especially when we want to go to several clubs -- rather spend the money on drinks :)

Any tips? We are in our mid to upper 30s, looking for a crowd in the same age range.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Nice bars/clubs in Gaslamp District - 30s/40s crowd?

What are the 'in' bars and clubs in downtown San Diego with a upper 20s - mid 40s crowd? Maybe bars/restaurants that convert to dance club after hours? Any kind of music is fine, but crowd with bi-women welcome.

    Any suggestions please?

  • How to deduct monthly payments to pay off debt in closed foreign business?

Many years ago I owned a business in Europe. I closed the business after moving to the U.S., but still pay off debt that I am personally liable for.

Each payment is approx. 50% interest and 50% debt pay-off.

Can I deduct the whole payment?

Which form do I use? Schedule-C or 1040 (as other (negative) income)?

What kind of paperwork may the IRS ask for? I do have an agreement with the bank overseas that spells out how much I have to pay each month and at the end of each year they provide a statement that spells out (in Euro) how much I paid in interest and how much I paid into paying off the debt.

Since the company was in Europe, I did/do not a EID here in the U.S.

What's the best way to do deduct my payments here in the U.S. now in my 2007 tax return????

    Thanks for a quick reply.

  • online diary to share your story?

Is anyone using sites like this:

    http://www.jdoqocy.com/aj103h08x47MOPUWVVQMONRSQVW...

It looks pretty cool and I guess you get quite a bit for free. I am just not sure, if it makes sense to use the paid version.

Are there similar sites out there? I tried google, but get mostly sites like myspace, facebook, etc. which - in my opinion - are toooooo public to share my personal story on.
