  • Dell Latitude?

    When it tries to boot, it gets past the Dell logo screen, then a screen comes up with colored boxes and letters/numbers, then a dark screen that says there is a Missing File and Windows cannot load. When I try to go to Advanced Boot Options/ect. the text is jarbled.

    Could it be video card or something else?
