Why does my dog suck on one of his toys?
My chihuahua is about a year and a half old and since I got him I have always given him plush chew toys - his first one quickly gained the name of sucky bone as he sucks on it all the time, my other dog chews them up so I now have a stock of them on hand to replace them as they get chewed no matter if it's a new one or an old one he sucks on it but only if they're in the shape of a bone (they can be any color or material) however he has other plush toys and he doesn't do this to any of them! His confusing me! I think it's like a child with a security blanket and it's a comfort thing but I'm not sure..

I've had a few things happen to me that only have one outcome - supernatural stuff. What has happened to you?
1 AnswerMythology & Folklore9 years agoGood homemade dog treats?
I am looking for dog treat recipes that have been tested, loved by dogs and nutritious. I have done the whole dried meats but would like something different to give them a change! I have four and buying treats gets quite expensive!! Thanks :-)
7 AnswersDogs9 years agoWhy my sterilized male keeps marking his territory all over the house and how I stop this?
I adopted my pug x chi September last year he was a day over a year old and wasn't sterilized, two days later I got him sterilized. Ever since he is marking his territory all throughout the house and since this the other two males have been doing the same (they never did it before). I can't have him in my bedroom or he automatically lifts his leg on my blankets although he doesn't do it to his or the other dogs. He also does it to all the furniture or the other dogs (yesterday my chi was going to the toilet in the backyard and he lifted his leg on him!). I want to know how to stop this, he has acess to the backyard all the time yet chooses to do it in the house. I have a feeling it's because it was a while before he got sterilized and it's a learnt behavior. Please help!!
