Been struggling with this because of Latins multiple translations for the concept of time, any help would be appreciated.

Was looking at getting a dedicated server for my guild and for me to learn from, so I was wondering, what sort of specs would I need to host a TF2(Team Fortress 2) server and a Garry's Mod/CS:S(Counter Strike: Source) server. Also what sort of bandwidth would I need (10mb+?)?

Also if possible, does anyone have any generic prices to what this would cost me?

I want to point all my internet traffic though a proxy so it looks like it is from another country. I want all my internet traffic, including stuff like Steam, Msn, chat etc to go through the proxy. I am sick of seeing stuff on internet websites saying "This is not available in you area". If need be I have access to web hosting, if I need to install a proxy or something.
