My dad has been using my car for six months. It's registered insured and the title is all in my name I want the car back and he doesn't want to give it back to me if I go there and take the car can I get in trouble for taking the car?I know there will be a problem if I do it while he's home but if I go in the middle the night and take it he can't get me in trouble can he?

I reported my boss to upper management and human resources about her discriminating against me for being gay using the words ****** to me telling me she doesn't like gay people calling me names like sunshine or flower in reference to me being gay and when i reported it they said its all water under the bridge because it was unsubstantial evidence because i only had three witnesses after i reported all this i asked for a transfer and they transferred me but my district manager had me fired within two weeks of a policy violation that occurred 4 months prior to every thing. I am still waiting to hear back from the EEOC but wasn't sure if i should contact a lawyer now? and suggestions on how to go about this would be great.
