My son's father is in jail as sexual predator/rapist. I do not want any form of contact, not even mail. How do I make him stop? Can I ask the jail to put me on a do not send list of some sort?

I have never dated a black man before, midwest born and raised. Soooo, I need a little help in knowing what is okay to do, what to expect (a little help on the physical side is welcome, don't be gross) and what problems I might experience and how to deal. I really like this guy for just who he is! I don't want stupid and ignorance on my part to mess things up.

I smashed my big toe, had to have the nail drained for blood but it keeps bleeding now after a week. Still hurts like an open wound too, that zing when air hits it. I am on blood thinning medication but doc didn't seemed to worried at the time. Anyway to make it stop bleeding? Stop hurting?

Okay, I have a white faced male that just lost his mate of 8 years, I am very sad about it she was a great bird. but he screams now, almost constantly. I have paid him extra attention, treats, covered his cage in desperation but nothing quiets him down if we are in the room or he can hear us. I don't know what to do. the kids can't concentrate on homework and you have to go upstairs to talk on the phone or each other. There are other parakeets in the room. I don't know how to get him to stop and I don't want to sound harsh, I realize he is mourning But my eyes hurt every time he sounds off.

Sometimes my fingers on one hand or both tingle get numb and the middle of the nail bed go very lite pink or white. I also get splinter heamorraghes -they look like splinters but deep and grow out. It's not carpal tunnel. My right eye (not the eyelid) twitches almost constantly, so much now that I have become used to it and only notice when its not twitching. I work as a phelobotmist and this affects my day! It doesn't happen every day, sometimes more when it is very cold out but many times I get cold and no one around me is and then my fingers start up. Any advice is valuable. I've checked around and nothing seems to fit my sypmtoms.
