I have HP Laptop and it has genuine inbuilt Windows Vista Home Premium service pack 1 installed in the system.

I don't have OS and other CDs.

I am planning to format the system and reinstall fresh OS.

Please let me know the solution for this issue. HP said I can use RECOVERY MANAGER to reinstall the software but, recovery manager is not an option. They said it will not show if you have already formatted the computer once.

Please let me know if I can install the OS with another CD by giving genuine key ?

Also, I don't have any software for motherboard and other issues. So, let me know how to proceed further.

Also, let me know if I can install Vista Service Pack with same key, it yes what's the process.

But, it is showing 120 MB file size in Add/Remove programs

Where as I have download less than 10 MB.

I checked this in internet status. So, how can it increase it size automatically. That too 120 MB?

And when I click on OK

"Could not load or run 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddabc.exe' specified in the registry. Make sure the

file exists on your computer or remove the reference ot it in the registry."

So what to do
