windows vista HP laptop 2 X 1gb memory. All of a sudden lappy wont boot at all. Eventually take one of the memory modules out and lappy works fine. thought the module was broken but now find that memory module fine, lappy wont boot with any memory in this slot. don't take a genius to work out its the slot - but what kind of problem might it be?

When it's installed, in device manager it shows a few drivers I need to download, but the wireless network adapter doesn't show up. Anybody know how to re-install this? ....Or at least get it to show in device manager?

is it possible to download or capture a clip from you tube, would i need a vid capture prog or is there a download option . or is it specifically prohibitted to take a copy of a youtube clip?

when i play a file in windows media player i can hear it but its not on the screen if i minimize it via the task bar it minimizes to the task bar as normal but when i maximize it seems as if it maximizes off screen . if i do a restore it fixes the problem for a while but eventually it happens agin does anybody know what is causing this?

i keep finding files that have apparently deleted themselves to my recycle bin, they are named RB3, or 4 or other various numbers and are temporary files, i have NTL broadband and that is now virgin broadband and the only theory i can think of is that they started appearing around the time i uninstalled my NTL net guard A/Virus and installed the virgin equivalent (PCguard) does any one have the explaination for this ?
