Exwife's is wanting money for secondary insurance coverage, do I have to pay?
I am required to provide insurance for the kids, and I do, she also carries secondary insurance on the kids, but mine is primary. I have to pay for any uninsured cost. My insurance covers 85%, and her insurance covers the rest, but she still wants me to pay the 15% to her directly. Is this allowed?
