Whenever I drink hot coffee I start feeling dazzy, shaking & cannot breath well, like I ran for a long distance ?!

What is wrong with me ?

My grandmother has Alzheimer's and she thinks her late mother is alive and waiting for her. Everyday she says she wants to visit her & when we tell her that she passed away. She called us liars. She always crying and has so much wrong ideas like nobody like her. In fact, We have a big & nice family and we chat & laugh with her a lot, but her mood changed easily. What we can do ? Sometimes I tell her your mother is Okay, everybody with her & she will sleep now. So after that, she could sleep or eat her lunch.

Please give me tips & advices could I use with my grangmother. She eats medicine. But how she change these thoughts ?

We will have a meeting soon, they are my school friends. I just see them once a year.

What kind of gift to give old friends ? I want my gifts to be memomable ..

I got sick of everything. I want to start a new life. Did you feel once you want to travel so far ? Is traveling helped you or increase the problem ?

Well, I do not have a particular problem, I just feel like I lived a lot in my born city, although I love my city a lot. but sometime I want to have new people in my life & get experiances.

I do not speek a lot because after talking I feel that I said something silly ! I started to hate my voice. I was a talkative in the past but I promise myself to not talk too much to not annoy anybody. But I end up losing my confidence.

Lately, I had no motivation in speaking. Literaly. Because I'm not interested in people any more ! I used to be interpersonal, but not any more since I went to the callege. I thought I would be more social as the students. Now, how can I love people around me and get motivation in speaking ? My voice has no expression & I do not have eye contact while someone is speaking to me cuz I cannot be interested ! ( I'm over thinking ). I fear I looked boring to people. Any advice to be more out going and enthusiastic ?

What to do with a devorced mom who is mentally exhausted of remembering the past. She can't stop telling her kids bad things about their dad, which is seriously ruining the kid's life and personality. They can not stop their mom because that makes her to think they are defending him. So, it makes the problem even worse.

I have to pick up a major next year. I registerd for "international affairs" as i felt the courses would be really interesting to me .. And I did MBTI quize and I found that I'm "INTJ". This major fits me so well as I like to do reaserches and analize the currently political as well.

Over this summer I kept thinking .. I'm a women and I would hate politics soon .. And .. The employment whould be very difficult ..

I'm thinking of choosing something on business so i could trust my future would be good ! ... Or major in maltimedia so i would breake my routen ( just reading & writing ) so my future would be interesting !!! ( I'm not a computer person though and when I was in school I was hated the IT class ) but the media could be diffirent.

I'm Really confused ! But i do not like to be unemployment in the future ! you know that feeling ?! :/
