In the NHL a player ic called before the commissioner in a matter of days for infractions. Same goes for the NFL, who just announced a 6 game suspension for a failed drug test.

A-Rod should not be allowed to play an entire season while awaiting a n appeal since he is the only player appealing a suspension and it would be sad if his play while waiting changes standings for other teams.

Yes, I know this is in the players agreement (contract) but I still don't understand why it is taking months. If they didn't have the proof to begin with they shouldn't have brought up the charges until they did.

Short of a 3 game difference Thomas had fewer GA and a better Sv% and more SO. They specifically mentioned fewest goals and save percentage.

Luongo is a good goalie but if it was voted on because of the numbers maybe someone can enlighten me.

I do not get crude but seriously want to know why Vancouver can not hire a vocalist that that can sing our National Anthem? This was even brought up by newspaper reporters who said they have never heard it sung so poorly and completely flat unlike the rendition of BOTTH anthems in Boston

These composite sticks aren't worth what they pay for them. I've never seen so many broken sticks in each game as I have this year and it's not due to stick on stick but actually occurs in the act of shooting the puck.

Less acting to get penalties called when none existed would have been better for the game and their reputation.

This only hurts the teams that advance. Is the NBA the only sport that does this? I know hockey doesn't.

As the NHL expanded they watered down the talent pool available to teams.I think 32 is too many.

We should also shorten the playoffs including number of teams that get in and first round should be the best of 5.

N.E.Patriots were said to have traded down twice.I am trying to learn more about this sport and want to know what this means,why cant a team take a player listed as say 30th when they have a pick at 20? Aren't they allowed to pick any player listed in the draft when their turn comes?

Not playing with a healthy team all season has had an impact but do you think they need to make a trade or two and for who? Who would you give up?

Many times all three of them are playing on the same days making it impossible to fulfill this requirement.Do I lose all my points for the week because these particular teams are all playing on the same nights?My league has a 3 game minimum for goalies.

Example:Boston,NJ and San Jose are all playing Tues. Thurs and Sat.

then turn around in about a week and say he want to go to the Yankees to get back at the Red Sox? He used to say he wanted to finish in Boston and every year ask to be traded. Fun guy, good hitter but no loyalty to to team, teammates or fans.

Here on the east coast we are always bowing down to prime time on the west coast.The media want tp get as many watching as possible,fine but they forget many of us in the east tune out so we can get up and go to work the next day.

The most recent example is the televising of the NBA Finals.9pm here 6pm for Laker fans.Guess who got to see every game in its entirety?

This happens in every sport.

Is there any way to let them know how sick we are of being ignored on the east coast?

Can we start games at 8pm instead of 9?What can be done?
