Apparently most drugs are smuggled in via cards and letters. Would it be horrible if everything was scanned onto a computer and then the prisoner can view it in a their own file? Just a thought.....what do you think?

It doesn't even seem to be ethnicity related...it seems that most of the photos showed no smiling by anyone.
