I saw many ratings in IGN about pc and xbox 360 . Where I found same games are getting higher rating in xbox 360 than pc.

Like 1~ halo 1 xbox version 9.7 (by Ign) and 9.3 (by community),But in pc 8.2 (by IGN ) and 8.6 (by community ). 2~ halo 2 xbox version 9.8 (by ign) and 9.1 (by community) where pc version in only 7.2(by Ign) and 8.3 (by community).Another game Gears of war xbox version 9.4 (by Ign) and 9.0 (by community), where pc version 8.7 (by Ign) and 8.5(by community) . Borderlands 2 xbox version 9.0 (by Ign) and 9.1 (by community).where pc version 9.0(by Ign) and 8.8 (by community) (AND OTHER GAMES etc).My question is why xbox got higher rating ? We all know that pc has a better graphics (though does not matter) and other functions . And if the cause of the higher rating is the game pad with which we can play some game better then we can use the xbox game pad in pc too.Are there difference in story or in other thing ?Please specify .Thanks in advance.

I have borderlands 2 version 1.0.0. installed. Now i want to install version 1.8.0. If I install the newer version will i lose my all save (LEVEL 17) progress ? If there is a way to replace my old save data to my newer version please tell me . I wanna install the newer version but don't wanna lose my save progress. THANKS IN ADVANCE :)

Well my Graphics card is ATI Readon HD 4650 which only have directx 10.1 . But with i5 m480 processor is it possible to run Directx 11 ? If yes please tell me how to and how can i make Directx 11 work to play only Directx 11 support games ? :) thanks in advance !
