  • What is a super saver hotel room?

I want to book a all inclusive vacation at the Riu and it gives me the option to book a SuperSaver Hotel Room. What does this mean? It's $54 dollars cheaper then just a room, but I would rather spend the extra to get a decent room if something could be wrong with this. I don't want to splurge on and oceanview since I don't plan on being in the room all that much anyway. But there is nowhere that outlines the difference between a room and a supersaver room.

  • Should I send a Thank-you Card?

I got married July 11, 2009. After I got back, I tried several times to get a hold of one of my bridesmaids, through phone, text and facebook. I know she received all messages and I get no reply back. She is just upset because of something that happened with her and my brother at the wedding. Long story short, I'm not really upset were not friends anymore as she wasn't much of one this past year, she was the worst bridesmaid ever and I should have just asked her to step-out. Anyway she gave me a dish set for the wedding and I was just wondering if I should send a thank-you or not. All my other bridesmaids I thanked them for everything they had done and I did send her a card before the wedding thanking her for things (even though she didn't do much). Should I send her one or just forget it since shes not going to care anyway?

  • Should they get a hostess gift?

My 3 bridesmaids and maid of honor are throwing me at bridal shower at my mom's house. Should I give them all and my mother a hostess gift even though I will be bringing some food to the event that I am making because the person who is making the food is only make 1 veggie tray and 1 kielbasa tray with crackers and cheese. So I opted to make some pinwheels and treats, also, my mom and FMIL is making some foods too since we think that 2 trays wouldn't be enough for 25 people. So knowing that would you still get them a hostess gift even though I'm helping?

  • Father/Daughter Dance - How to?

My dad has a very bad back and sitting makes him uncomfortable at time and standing makes him uncomfortable at time. Since he will be walking me down the isle and having pictures taken and all the stuff he will be doing that day he is worried that by the time the father/daughter dance comes he might only be able to dance for about a min. This comes as nothing new to me, but to family and friends that don't understand how sever his pain is they might frown upon just turning the music off. I am a daddy's little girl and this dance means a lot to me so it is something I want at the reception. But I was thinking if he needed someone to cut in, I have 2 brothers and 1 could. My mom suggested she could, but I think that would be tacky. But even if one of my brothers do, the song is still about a father and daughter so that might seem a little odd. Any suggestions would be great!

  • Wedding invitation wording?

I want to start making my wedding invites but not sure how to word this:

We are having a cash bar for the wedding since we can't simply afford to pay for everyones drinks. BUT we are having an unlimited amount of wine supplied for free. Should I put on the invites cash bar or should I leave it off since we are serving unlimited wine for no cost?

  • Why won't he get his ring?

Were paying for the wedding ourselves, so therefore we decided that we will choose our rings our self with the other person there since there are so many different ones and you want one the other persons likes. Anyway, the point is were getting married in July so he needs to purchase his ring before January to actually get it made in time. I have already picked out mine and whenever we go to the mall I always get him to go into jewellery stores and look to see if there is one he likes. Except he looks and then walks out. He never tries them on or even is interested. I know he wants to marry me, no question about it. But for some reason he wants nothing to do with the rings. Any one else have this problem or know how to deal with this? It makes me feel like crap inside because I'm was so happy when I picked mine out and its like he couldn't be bothered at all.

  • Changing Canadian Money to American?

I currently live in Canada and am flying to Orlando. I want to change all my money over from Canadian to American but would it be better to change the money over here, or in America? Where do you think I would get the most money from it? I have already changed over some here in Canada and it cost me $10. Just wondering if I would get more in America or Canada?

  • Noisy Car Heater?

I just got my car about 2 months ago it is a 2003 chevy cavalier! Everything about it is great except the heater! When I turn the heater to a low setting either 1 or 2 sometimes 3 it makes a noise as if there is a leaf coming from the bottom passanger side. But I know there isn't a leaf in it. When it's on the highest setting you can't hear it. Any suggestions what it could be or what I can do? I would go to an autobody place and they would prolly just try to rip me off cause I'm a girl so I want to get some knowledge first.

  • Keyless Remote?

I'm looking at buying a car but it doesn't come with the actual Keyless Remote for the car but it has power locks. The guy at the place said that you can't hook up anything to power locks unless it comes with a keyless remote. Can't I just by one and program it? Or would I have to install it and new locks?

  • Maid of Honour -Who do I choose?

I have been best friends with my friend for about 4 years now. I have recently got engaged and I have always told her that she would be my maid of honor when I get married but about a month ago she freaked out on me and said how much she can't stand my fiance and everything. I'm still marrying him, I believe that she is just jealous because were at different stages in our lives now. I really want her to be a part of my wedding but I think when it comes time to plan she won't want to help or be too busy with school. I'm really close with my brothers finace too. I don't know who I should pick as I consider them both my best friends and I don't want to break my friends heart by asking my brothers finace, but in the end I think she would be able to help me more and make things run more smoothly. But on the other hand I have always said that my friend will be my maid of honor. I'm just so stuck, if anyone has any advice it would really help because I don't want to hurt anyones feelings.

  • Should I be running?

I have a pulled abdominal muscle on the right side of my stomach, which has been caused by running to much to early. I spent $70 to do this running course and would like to finish but I don't know if it is such a great idea since I just get a pain in my side within 2KM of running the 5KM. Any suggestions on warm-up ideas or anything I can do to reduce the pain but still run? Or is it a bad idea all together?

  • Scratching in my wall at night?

Every night between 2-5am I hear a noise in my wall that sounds like scratching. It has just started happening the last 3 weeks. I have never heard anything before and now I can't sleep when I hear it. When I move or talk it stops and when if I turn on a light it stops. But as soon as it gets silent and dark it starts but never any earlier than 2am that I know of. Does anyone know anything that this could be? I just thought it was when it rained or snowed, but nothing like that happened last night and it woke me up this morning and did it for approx. 1 hr. I have no idea what it could be as I have just started hearing it. Any help would be appreciated!
