Last Tuesday my good friend, JT ,who was on his second day of work at his uncle's Mercedes-Benz mechanic shop, was passing out fliers because the business was 4 months old at that point with a weak customer base. Around 4:30pm, he left the shop and arrived in the parking lot of a higher income neighborhood stamped Porter Ranch, which overlooks the smoggy mass known as the San Fernando Valley; opposite Beverly Hills. To give the reader a sense of atmosphere, the television show "the Oblongs" accurately characterizes the sense of stature people have in the foothills of LA over people who aren't in the same tax bracket.

JT, who is a 21 year old caucasian male from heart of the valley arrived at the shopping plaza in his red chevy pick-up, dressed in a an embroidered Mercedes-Benz collared button-up shirt, combed the entire parking lot for Mercedes-Benz vehicles and put a flier under the windshield wiper, or in the case of more expensive models, slid the photocopied ad between the window glass and rubber pad on the cardoor as to avoid any potential mishandling or alarmage from potential future customers approaching or observing their vehicle from afar. JT quickly ID'd and tagged every potential client, and headed back

As JT approached his car, he turned back to the lot to see if he had missed any Benz's, but as he turned, his eyes met a LAPD officer's who had just entered the lot and was apparently watching JT for at least several seconds (as expressed by the officer later). A skateboarder, free spirit, and a law abiding honest individual, under internal pressure to not attract attention to himself JT simply looked away, turned and continued walking toward his vehicle. However, before he could reach the handle, the officer swiftly advanced and approached JT, stepping out of the cruiser and toward JT. "Why did you turn away as soon as you saw me", spat the pig as a chirp through the walkie-talkie speaker announced the confirmation of the engagement of JT. "I don't know I was just walking back to my car" said JT, still clutching 2 fliers.

*At this point 2 more squad cars approach*

"We recieved a call about suspicious activity involving higher-end vehicles in this lot." At this point in time there were a total of 5 police officers present and 3 cruisers. The officer asked for ID and requested a glance at the remaining flier, and after the exchange, the stoic, rotund, older officer was ready to share his preconcieved decision on how to handle the situation."I work ay my uncle's Mercedes repair shop. Is passing out fliers on cars illegal? I didn't know." "No it's not but we have multiple witnesses who said they saw you trying to open the doors on cars. Having the stature that a king must have, the so-far nameless arresting officer decided it was time to take JT into custody. "Put your hands behind your back."

Blizzard and the rest of the gang casually chattered away as they filled out the ticket information, but in the chaos of trying to maintain stature in the group, the desire of the Cops to come up with "cool" nicknames for themselves they neglected to document the real names of the arresting officers or their badge numbers. Also, the observant or educated reader may notice that JT was not read his Miranda Rights upon arrest.

JT was taken to a holding cell for 2 hours before being moved and processed in a nearby jailhouse in Van Nuys. He was then held for 3 more hours against his will while his mother waited, with bail money in hand for his release. The only reason he got released on Tuesday was because his mother and uncle drove to the initial detainment center "Devonshire Division" (big fat F*CK YOU to them, btw) to chew out the Cops over there. By the time his family returned to Van Nuys bail was dropped to $0 from $300, though I believe it was in the thousands initially.

JT has a hearing in a month and has a former judge turned attorney representing him for $1500 just to wipe the slate clean so he doesn't have a ticket for vehicle tampering on his record (not ideal for a future mechanic). Does this sound like a suitable solution or does JT have potential for a counter-suit upon (potential) presentation of video/audio evidence produced by the "dash-cam" or radio traffic recordings ousting officer "King"'s blatant abuse of power in the arrest? Is it worth the money for that lawyer? Is it legal for me to represent my associate without formal certificates and BAR scores? I feel like there is potential here, but it may get misused by JT's representative.

I really need a job right now. I am a student and after this week I'll have no classes for 2 months. I will work anywhere, any time and for minimum wage. The only real job I had was retail and I quit because I got no shifts (I was pretty much just there to cover other workers). I tried working at my local supermarket, but a few days after I had my interview they got new management and messed up any chance I had of getting hired. I really need ideas for places to work. The mall is always an option, but I'm having trouble thinking "outside the box". If you can offer me advice, tips, or ideas for places to look, it would be really helpful.

I am trying to replace the disc drives in my Sony VAIO desktop. I got the disc drive holder detached, but I can't get the wires out of the back of either disc drive. I don't want to pull too hard and risk hurting the wires, but I don't know how to get them out. They are a group of different colored wires that come together to connect in a white plug. One for each drive. The backs of these plugs say P6 and P7. So do I yank really hard, or is there a secret? Help please!

My group of friends broke up into groups with costumes that went along with each others. For example, two of my friends are Starsky and Hutch. My friend and I decided last minute that he would be a Catholic priest and I would be an alter boy. But I was thinking an alter boy costume would be hard to find last minute. Should I just dress up as a little boy and put some blush on my cheeks?

What should I wear specifically? I was thinking of buying a plastic butt and gluing it to the back of my pants.

...if it's power is 34? I just got like 4 Timid Eevees and their Hidden Power types are: Bug(69), Flying(68), Rock(59), and Ice(34). The one with HP flying has 30-31 IVs in Sp.Atk, Sp.Def, and Spd. Is training the one with HP Ice or Flying just a waste of time?
