I have been laid off for a little over a year now and have applied to so many places online with basically no success. So my plan is to put on my best suit tomorrow and go around to local offices and etc. with a cover letter and resume and use my god given gift of gab and hopefully find some places that are looking for extra help. I have experience and education in the fields of IT (A+ certified), Instruction with a Associates in Education, and In-bound Sales/lead generation.

Since I am going to various different types of employers I am having a challenge writing my cover letter. A lot of the ones I have written in the past are specific to a certain job that had a title so I'm not sure what to do.

Should I focus on my work experience and traits mostly?

Who/How should I address the beginning of my cover letter?

and any other pointers would be a big help! Thanks!

This girl Ive had a crush on for years just told me that when we were young kids ( in our teens) she had a "little girl crush" on me. The thing is Ive also had a crush on her for years but because we didn;t really know each other Ive always just buried the crush inside of me.

She also is 3 years younger then I am ( Im 22 shes 19) so its not weird anymore, but weve just recently became friends so I dont want to mess that up, how do I respond without sounding like a creeper but at the same time insinuating that hey I think youre cute etc etc.

There are a lot of offers online for such services but I'm not sure of the legitimacy of these offers. I don;t mind paying for business cards either if the price is reasonable. Anyone have any reliable, trustworthy sites?

I'm looking for jazz guitar players in the modern era who draw a lot of influence from Wes Montgomery. Not too flashy, a lot of melody, good production, good overall instrumentation, No avant garde 20 minute showing off, just some cool playing with a song theme and structure
