  • is it really that hard to find a job in america as an asian immigrant?

    hi,im an asian mix who lives in malaysia. ive heard that it is very hard for asians to build a successful career in america.I want to work there after ive graduated from the university. So since i would be an asian immigrant, i have heard that we could only do odd jobs and even if they did get a decent job, we wouldnt get promoted no matter how hard we work because we are asian immigrants and apprently we are the lowest at the social ladder. My question is, is that true? and how should i over come this and also given the fact that i dont look asian but more hispaic because of my mix ethnicity. I do not want to work and start my live in malaysia because there is no future for me or my kind here because they also treat us like second class citizens although politicians says otherwise. could anyone help me in this issue or share with me stories about asian immigrants who were successful .
