Last year I was at school on my way to a party and like a idiot, I jumped off a wall about 4ft high to go to my friend's dorm. I was wearing heels at the time and misjudged my jump. Instead of landing forward on my toes, I landed flat against the heels and my left ankle popped. I fell and my ankle went numb for about 2 minutes. When I was able to get up, I went to my friends dorm and checked if my ankle was swollen. I didn't see anything wrong but I iced the ankle for about 30 minutes. We went to the party and my ankle was still hurting. When I went home, I noticed a purple bump on my ankle which I assumed it was a bad bruise with a little swelling. The next day, I was not able to walk on it straight on. For about 6 days, when I walked to class, I could only walk with my left foot turn inward about 45 degrees and I could only walk on my toes without it hurting. Did I sprain my ankle or was it just bruised really bad? Disclaimer: I was not intoxicated at the time, just being stupid! LOL

Around the age of 11 or so, any time I wore flat shoes like clogs or flip fops for longer than an hour, I would get an intense shooting pain in my shins. The pain would get so bad to the point I could no longer wear the shoes and I would have to sit and rest before I could get up again. I have heard that improper posture or exercising can cause this, but I have over 15 yrs. of dance training so I doubt that is the reason. I tend to grip my shoes when I walk using my toes and I just recently found out I have flat feet. Based on this is there an explanation as to why I get shin splints when I wear flats? The same thing happens when I wear heels without a platform that have soles low to the ground.

I know I am not crazy! I remember seeing a music video and the lyrics were along the lines of: "She's making me hot". If I am not mistaken, I think Omarion made an appearance in the music video. I also remember a dance break in the video. Was this song by Mindless Behavior or someone else? When you Google Mindless Behavior the song is nowhere to be found and I am assuming they were signed to a different label.

I searched google and nothing came up.
