    Does the forgiven shareholders loan become income to the company, or can it be simply a write off of debt?

  • Thinking of purchasing a computerized embroidery machine.?

    I am a life long sewer, recently addicted to quilting. I currently own a Bernina 830 (the old one) passed down from my Mum over 25 years ago. I love this machine, but think it's time to upgrade, and perhaps a new embroidery machine could increase my creativity. :) I know that Janome, Husqvarna, Singer, and Bernina all offer embroidery machines, and perhaps others that I have not heard of. I'd love to hear the opinions of those who have and use an embroidery machine. Please comment on the features you love, and those you don't. What is your opinion of your brand?
