Alright, so I have this huge test coming up and I'm blanking out on this question (on the study guide):

Explain how DNA's structural characteristics help it to function. Consider the following structural features:

· variability in the order of the four types of nucleotides

· strength of the covalent bonds in the sugar-phosphate backbone

· weakness of hydrogen bonds between nitrogenous bases

· base-pairing rules

You don't have to write a super long response, I just am confused on what is being asked--especially in the first two bullets.

I bought this book a couple weeks ago, and I'm starting to read it now--it's quite good! And I'm wondering if there be a second book?

Sorry that this is so long, but I want to explain this as thoroughly as possible.

Does anyone feel annoyed in a way when you start liking something, when no one you know likes it, and then all the sudden they start talking about how it's awesome and all? Well, a few months ago when my friend and I were chatting, I asked her if she like this certain band. I told her to listen to some of their songs and stuff. She told me she didn't like it, which I was okay with because if you don't like it, you don't like it. A few months or so later, she starts putting their lyrics on her status, playing it on her iPod, telling people about it, etc. She then shows me thinking that it's new to me or something. I told her that when I asked if she liked it, she said she didn't. She then told me she didn't even listen to it... I asked her why she started listening to it now, she said because of her cousins and a commercial or something. I was hurt that she lied to me. Then she starts telling people about it, and they start telling me. I kinda get annoyed when they mention it, but it's not my friend's fault and stuff, so I ignore it. What I'm mentioning happened a couple times. Another time was with an extra curricular, but that's different. I feel terrible that I feel this way about my friends, but it's how I feel. Does anyone else feel this way or feel similar? Haha, this reminds me of, "Twilight". When I read it, practically no one read it even when I told them to. Summer came, and they came back to school obsessing about it, which annoyed me--I became con-"Twilight" since.

I appreciate those who actually are taking the time to read this all! :D

Yesterday, I jumped about five stairs and fell on my flat on feet. I fell, too. My ankles started to hurt for the first 10 seconds or so, but I walked it off. Now, my legs and my ankles hurt a lot. I took me forever to go down/up the stairs, it hurts a ton when I stand up or sit down, and whenever I walk a feel pain. I'm pretty sure my ankle isn't swelling, but sometimes when I put weight on it, it hurts a bit. I have to go caught a flight with my family later tonight though. What should I do?

Since I can go on iTunes on my iTouch, I wanted to buy a music video, but it will only let me buy songs, podcasts, & apps. So, can someone please tell me how to buy music videos, movies, and tv shows on my iTouch?

Also, please don't say to go on iTunes on my computer because sometimes I can't go on iTunes on my computer.

I live on Oahu (Honolulu, HI) and am 12-years-old (7th grade).

I already volunteered for the Humane Society, but I have to go to an orientation before I am allowed to volunteer. The next one is tomorrow, but it is during school hours. So, the next one is on Sept. 17, 2008. I would like to do another service in the mean time. I've been searching on Google for hours, but I can't seem to find any thing that offers a service to a 12-year-old and is on the island of Oahu. Please help.

(Also, please don't suggest me skipping school.)

Right now I am almost done with City of Bones--and I LOVE it!!!!! I looked up Cassandra Clare's website and looked at the cover art for all the books (I was mostly looking for the cover art for City of Glas...) and I would like to know who the people on the cover are.
