  • Balancing Chemical Equations?

    I'm doing a online assignment, and there's one that I can't seem to get right.

    The equation is:

    CH4+Br2=CBr4+HBr

    My attempted solution is:

    CH4+(4)Br2=CBr4+(4)HBr

    But it is marked as incorrect by the program. Any help would be great.
