Proactiv+ Question, can anyone help?
I have a bit of a dilemma... I've been using Proactiv+ for four days now, and I must say, IT WORKS! It's the best acne medication I've ever used, and I've tried a lot... but I've noticed a problem, it burns my skin. Not an overbearing burn where I would be forced to give up using it, but an irritating, annoying burn... it doesn't hurt all that much. I have no dryness or redness, the only negative side effect is the burn. I'm thinking though that this is going to get worse, even though I did say I have no real dryness, I saw the first signs of it this morning.
I have very, very sensitive skin and I heard that Benzoyl Peroxide can burn the skin, but I've used a generic CVS Brand Benzoyl Peroxide when I first started breaking out badly... and that worked well, plus it didn't burn at all. It worked like a charm really and helped me clear up a lot of skin, but it couldn't really make my skin clear. As much as it helped, it couldn't get the full job done for me so I started exploring other options, and it eventually led me to Proactiv+ which as stated earlier works very well.
Should I continue it? I'm worried the burn will get worse and lead to severe redness and drying which is something that I really don't want. What does the burning really mean? Is it messing up my skin?
Are there any products that are made for sensitive skin that can do basically the same things Proactiv+ does?

I'm a Yankees fan, was born that way and will remain one until the day that I die... but am I the only one that seems to be 'defending' A-Rod in all this?
Don't get me wrong, I do believe he should be punished... but I don't see why he should get any more of a penalty than Ryan Braun did (If you ask me Braun should've gotten way worse than he did). No this isn't a biased because most Yankees fans want his head ripped off but I just don't see any fairness in any of this.
MLB knows they can't suspend him because of the PED's so they're going to try and do it under the CBA? Why?
MLB's throwing out all of these things like "he's disrupted our investigation" yet all the media has told us is that he's been nothing but cooperative. And yes I am going to trust the media this time because I've really lost faith in MLB lately.
Honestly to me, none of this adds up and I truly believe both MLB and the Yankees are in cahoots to get the lifetime ban on A-Rod by just throwing asinine accusations out.
1 AnswerBaseball8 years agoDoes anyone have some good dieting tips?
Alright so, last year in February when I was sixteen I went on a diet. At the start I weighed over 400 pounds. I stayed on the diet consistently from February-Late October, losing over 140 pounds in the process. However, when Hurricane Sandy hit, it made it impossible to cook from home due to the fact we had no power, so we had to get take-out for over a week. Ever since Hurricane Sandy I haven't been able to diet. I've tried, and the longest I stayed on it for was four days. Since late October I've gained about thirty pounds back and I need to start losing again, but it's hard... I seem to have motivation but I can't tell if it's real motivation or not... I want to start dropping the weight again, my doctor says I should get down to 220-230 (I'm 6'2 and have a natural big body)... so I'm looking to drop about sixty pounds, are there any tips any of you can give me for achieving this goal?
