Got into a car accident and now 2 years later my lawyer is telling me my passengers aren't getting anything because i wasn't fully covered.....Ok but heres the deal i was financing a car in order to get a financed car off the lot i need to have full coverage and that's what i had .... but now a couple days ago i got a new car and had to put insurance on it and the insurance agency told me i got into an accident in 2010 and sued for 25 thousand dollars O_O i haven't seen a penny of that lol.....and also my dad is the passenger he told they're trying to get him to sign dismissal papers O_O what's up with that?
