i am a retired Canadian Navy LT Commander and Naval Landing and Boarding Party team member . i spent 22 years 6 months and 22 days in the military. while in the military i got involved in politics and was elected in 1999. i have held the following offices Councilor Ward 4, President Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Public Safety, Director Federal Liberal Party, Council member Democratic Party, SPCA Inspector. after retirement i went back to university full time to get my BBA in Economics and minor in Law. I also have a degree in Human Resource Management from U Vic and CFSAL. the majority is black now but they are former slaves so don't count. i am looking to find out number and race of indigenous peoples of the area. thx
