Ok so here's the problem. I need to know how to get a divorce without paying an arm and leg. The issues are my, hopefully, soon to be, husband and I have been separated since Jan. of 2004 was only married for 3 months and I have not seen him since Jan of 2004. I do not know where he is. Although I have tried everything to find him and still can't find him to sign papers so he can pay for it. We do not have any property, kids or anything else joined to us except for this freaking marriage.

So, what would I have to do to get a cheap and easy divorce? Oh, I live in North Carolina if that helps.

The sender, a tattoo shop, said that they had sent it two days ago and I had got a email stating that the ink was being shipped. So, if 1 bottle of ink is being sent then why would the tracking info say that? And it's been saying that for about 1 1/2 days. What is going on?

I took my 2 yr old daughter to the doctor today and found out that she might have autism. The doctor said rthat she has 7 of the signs for it and has recommended therapy. What is was wondering is what should I expect with an autiatic daughter if she does have it? Oh and the reason they are not doing blood tests yet is cause the doctor is going to see if the therapy will help first.

Hello, my husband and I have not seen or had any contact with each other since Jan. 2004. I was wondering if this was true. My Mother told me that in the state of NC that if you have no clue where your spouse is and have had no contact in 7 years that I am legally divorced and would not have to go through lawyers and a judge that I could just remarry with my current fience. Well this is what has been going on. I'll try and keep it as short as possible. About a month ago, my husband and his cousin, started getting to know each other better. Which I am fine about. But since about a week ago, everything changed. I told him that he just ignores me which I feel that he just pays attention to her, and he told me that we need space. And we took like a four day "space" break. Then he comes back and I start telling him that we need to communicate more and now he is acting all defensive about everything. He just got a new cell today and he keeps hiding the texts to her from me and then when I ask to use it he erases everything that him and her have written to each other, like hes hiding something. Then everytime I ask him if everything is alright, he says yea im fine. But, when I go to look at his phone he is telling her that he wants to shoot himself cause I'm bit**ing at him and i'm not I am doing everything he wants and everything he desires. And he keeps telling her things like that. Why would he be acting like this? He tells me that he is still in love with me and everything, but he is all distant? It just does not make since at all. He is stuck up her butt and she is stuck up his butt. I need someone to help me. Please. Some advice. Thanks. Oh, and we've been together for almost 3 yrs.
