So yeah, months ago she took out €1000 euro loan in my name and decided she wasnt going to pay it.. I never knew anything about this. The only reason I found out was because a letter came addressed to me saying that my account was in serious arrears and that legal action could be taken, but I dismissed it because she told me it wasnt my name that it was my dads (we have the same name). Then after a few weeks she let slip that it was my name.

From my understanding any loan in my name HAS to be signed by me and no one else. So now thats on my credit report, for good. I'm more pissed at the loan company because they knew full well that my 50 year old mother wasnt an 18 year old guy and still let her sign off the loan to my name.

I want to know what can I do about this? I think its illegal to give out a loan in someones name without them knowing it. I want to do something about it but dont really know.

Can anyone help?

and I an starting a course on monday and i am freaking out!

I have been seeing a therapist about it but not long enough to learn how to deal with it. Please people tell me how to cope

They all seem to despise him. They all seem to think that his movies are made up of lies and what not. But most of us non-Americans know that his films are spot on. He tells it how it is and most Americans hate that apparently. He fights for change, he gets mocked and ridiculed. What the hell's with that?... My biggest example for my question was his academy award speech in which he stated that he was against 'this war' and 'shame on you Mr. Bush' he was basically booed off stage.

He's a man with a voice and doesn't care who hears it.

I have severe social anxiety, I cant do most things that involve socializing with people i don't know. I even get awkward around the people that i do know sometimes.

Here's a list of what I purposely avoid and what i feel:

Meeting new people,

Talking on the phone,

Paying for things in a small shop,

Going anywhere alone.

When I'm put in an inescapable situation that involves speaking to strangers I turn red, my heart races, I shake, I sweat, my voice constantly changes pitch from deep-ish to high and I clearly look like I'd rather the grave than be here. And when I try and talk a lot of the time it comes out as a bare whisper which looks ridiculous when i try and say it for a second failed time. When I look someone in the eye and they make eye contact back i die a little.

But in the past I have made appointments to go talk to my doctor about it but was too nervous because I didn't know how to say it to her so I didn't show out of fear and I have an appointment for tomorrow and I'm freaking out. It's not a "nervousness" that I fear, it's terror I feel in the simplest of things.

When I ask a friend to do something for me (that I cant do myself) they tell me to get over myself and just do it, completely unaware that I cannot do it.

So the purpose of this is:

1) What can I say to my doctor about this?

2) What else can I do to help myself?

I always hated racism but when someone was being racist around me i could always just ignore it focus on something else. But lately when someone is being racist it makes me feel sick because its such a disgusting thing, and instead of ignoring i'm challenging everyone on it and arguing with them. Why the sudden change does anyone know?

So I drink 2-4 litres of coke a day. I cannot go one single day w/o a 2 litre (minimum). I've tried just quitting but like nicotine I get more or less the same withdrawl symptoms: Strong headaches, insomnia, Strong cravings, Irritability, Depression etc... I know how unhealthy it is and i want to stop. How do i quit? Can doctors prescribe something for caffeine addiction?

My friends mother was doagnosed with cancer last year. She had chemo for months and 3 months ago she had a scan to see how the chemo was doing. That scan showed that the cancer had grown and spread to other parts of her body so she decided to refuse further chemo.

She was doing research online and decided to try 'Cannabis oil' and now today, 3 months after she ended chemo was completely cancer free. Not from chemo! But from cannabis oil!. People are gonna think i'm lying but IM NOT!

About 6 months ago i had a stomach bug... But before that it was 5 or 6 years.

I went to greece in 2011 and got a cold when i was over there, apparantly because of going from a cold climate to a hot one, but I dont even remember when the last one before that was.

I barely ever get sick, which is great xD, whyyy?..

My smile is genuinely ugly, I would link a picture but that would require my facebook link and just no lol, but people on the internet always say that your smile is never ugly... Mine is hidious in pictures and when im laughing i can feel just how ugly it is.

Am I able to make it look nice? How?

Everywhere I was hearing about the threat of north korea starting nuclear war verry soon. All of a sudden the news reports just stopped and that was that. Whats goin on?

I have heard of alot of people finding out they have HIV, and thats it, and they live long and healthy lives without any complications. So they have HIV but its not affecting them.

Could the same thing go for cancer where a person is diagnosed, say in their 20's, and end up living to their 70's or 80's with no treatment?

It's really not that hard to try and work something out with other countries without guns and bombs. When two countries don't get along they destroy each other without trying to use other methods. No matter how bad the situation, there's always another alternative to war.

And secondly what is wrong with the stupid (myself included) citizens of this planet? That we actually sit by and watch them inch closer to WW3, which will ultimately kill us all. If the people all stood up they would cower into a corner and resolve peacefully. This world sickens me.

Are they actually going to launch nukes? or is that just a possibility?

Are they aware that if they fire one nuke every other country with nuclear power will push the button?

I have social anxiety disorder and I cannot get a job. When I look at job description and it says "Must be able to communicate effectively" I feel sick thinking about having to work with other people. I have had a few job interviews and I clearly look like I would rather be anywhere other than in the interview.

Please tell me how to go about getting help. It's crippling me.

I cant function socially, would acting classes working 1 on 1 with several different people help?

Im 18 and still a virgin, with no plans to try and lose it. I just have alot more to worry about than being a virgin. Im not a hermit, I have a healthy social life with lots of friends etc...

I graduated last may, Didn't do very good in my Leaving Cert (Not through not doing the work, I just could never test well) so I couldnt go to college.

I am terrified that I am gonna spend the rest of my life on the welfare because I couldnt get a job (because I cannot look another person that I dont know in the eye let alone talk to them).

I have been panicking over this for days now and its all I can think about.. Any Irish people that were in my situation that achieved well, how did you do it?
