I've been working on controlling my anxiety because I've had self esteem issues and issues with self harm from when I was younger. There are times when I genuinely feel okay, but other times I feel an overwhelming sense of disappointment in myself for whatever reason (school, work, social settings, etc.). I grow even more upset with myself because it's hard to explain what I'm going through to the people I truly care for. I'm worried they'll think that they're causing my spells of anxiety attacks, and that they'll take it to heart.

I just feel so inadequate or unworthy of things at times, and it's hard to shake the feeling. It sometimes takes months to get over it until I can feel somewhat normal (emotionally) again.

Does anyone have any tips on how to work towards having a better perspective on myself and how to relay what I'm feeling to those around me?

The title of it is "Kidz in the Woods" or "Mr. Foster's Field Trip". It's a disney movie that was released in 1996. I used to watch it all the time on Disney Channel, yet cannot find it anymore. HELP!

Let's see- i'm already thinking of college and all of that, but i only considered accounting and my mom flipped out because she wants me to be a doctor. Of course i want to be in the medical field, i just ran accounting by my mind. I have no idea why my mom has to yell at me because i want to make my own choices.
