Looking for a loan from a Bank. totally in confusion between "personal loan" and the "loan against property"..

the main points I am disturbed with are : "interest rates" and the "pre-payment charges"....as I may wind up the loan before the tenure !

Dont you think that some questions especially with regard to "length of the pe*** and with regard to "weight reduction" are getting repeated very frequently nowadays ?

(inspite of the regulation that similar questions are "not" to be repeated ?

your feelings would be appreciated !

I had gone to buy skimmed milk with the idea of trying it out as it contains the least amount of fat...But There were no "skimmed milk" available...but saw packets of "evaporated milk"...are they same ? Surprisingly these evaporated milk had no calory value printed on that...

any inputs on that ?

Miscommunication

A judge was interviewing a woman regarding her pending divorce, and asked, 'What are the grounds for your divorce?'

She replied, 'About four acres and a nice little home in the middle of the property with a stream running by.'

'No,' he said, 'I mean what is the foundation of this case?'

'It is made of concrete, brick and mortar,' she responded.

'I mean,' he continued, 'What are your relations like?'

'I have an aunt and uncle living here in town, and so do my husband's parents.'

He said, 'Do you have a real grudge?'

'No,' she replied, 'We have a two-car carport and have never really needed one.'

'Please,' he tried again, 'is there any infidelity in your marriage?'

'Yes, both my son and daughter have stereo sets. We don't necessarily like the music, but the answer to your questions is yes.'

'Ma'am, does your husband ever beat you up?'

'Yes,' she responded, 'about twice a week he gets up earlier than I do.'

Finally, in frustration, the judge asked, 'Lady, why do you want a divorce?'

'Oh, I don't want a divorce,' she replied. 'I've never wanted a divorce. My husband does. He said he can't communicate with me!!'

Ant & Grasshopper*

The Ant works hard in the withering heat all summer building its house and laying up supplies for the winter.

The Grasshopper thinks the Ant is a fool and laughs & dances & plays the summer away.

Come winter, the Ant is warm and well fed. The Grasshopper has no food or shelter so he dies out in the cold. *

Come winter, the shivering Grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the Ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving.

*NDTV, BBC, CNN * show up to provide pictures of the shivering Grasshopper next to a video of the Ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food.

The World stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be that this poor Grasshopper allowed suffering so? *
