When I filled for divorce from my adulterous wh*** wife, in the judgment it is written that she gets all of our debt except by student loan. There is a bill collector that is trying to get me to pay a debt. Even though my name is on that debt, can they do anything. Or should I send them a copy of what the judgment states.

She is now jobless and they live with some couple. I have let her see the kids with me there or her parents. She wants to take them out alone. No one trusts her. We think she will use the kids to get welfare. Before they moved back to IL, they were in LA and for 60+ days she never attempted to speak with the kids. Now I will call her to see if she wants to see the kids and she refuses. Now she is sending emails stating she will get the cops involved. This is not in court. What can I do?

I want to know how many marriages/relationships were brought down by a spouse who opened an account on MySpace and or Facebook. The spouse has put their account on private and has either found an ex or has been contacted by an ex. Then out of the blue the spouse says they are finished with the marriage and move out.

For the last three years I have been a stay at home Dad. Last night my wife, who moved out two weeks ago, told me that since February she has been seeing an ex. This person has since moved to this state and they now have an apartment together.

What I want to do is, when the lease ends, is to move back to Missouri taking my kids with me. The way I see it, she has left us and is committing adultery. Moving back will also put us around family.

I was paying a firm a monthly payment. I had a job transfer to a different state. When I sent payment to firm they returned it with a letter saying they canceled the account. Today at work received phone call from HR that firm wants wage garnishment. Can they do that after closing the account? If wage garnishment is it don't they have to file in the state I live in now? They filed in for garnishment in the state I used to live in.

My company just came out with next years medical prices and they mention the FSA. From what I have read elsewhere it sounds like you need to keep your insurance, but this booklet says you don't have to actually be a member of a medical plan. Do I need to keep my insurance plan (I never meet my deductible). How does this thing really work? Thanks

I listen to talk radio and a lot of people are fed up with both parties and they would rather vote third party. Then the host will say that a third party vote is really a vote for the opposite party. I would love to see the American voter pick a third party, Independent, Libertarian, Constitution Party and put that party in the White House. I do not understand why so many think that the current two party system is so great? I think it sucks! What will it take for the American people to embrace and elect a third party candiate?

I know that corn ethanol is 1.3 to 1, gasoline 5 to1 and sugar cane 8 to 1. If the energy balance of switch grass is more than corn, then why is our stupid government not going after cellulosic ethanol?
