My doctor prescribed me Paxil, and even within my first dose I'm experiencing all the common side effects. I would be fine with headaches or nausea, but I find myself waking up with only 4 hours of sleep. Reading online, the loss of sleep continues for months. I also looked up the withdrawal symptoms, which are terrifying. I really don't want to be taking this. Is it safe to quit after just one dose?

I have just enough to buy a Used copy of Unreal Tournament 3 from Gamestop for 360, i was wondering if it had a large online playerbase, or if i should save up a bit more to buy it for PC? I know PC is better for custom levels and mods, etc. But the system requirements and such, plus the expense, plus i want it NOOOWWW (lol)

but if i bought it would there be plenty of people to play with? or would i struggle to find a match

I've had persistant diarrhea for the past 2 months, and today it was black, with red mixed in, and nearly solid red at the end. The day before, i took Pepto (known to cause black stools in some people) and V8 (V8 is red)

Could this be the cause or am i in denial and need to get to a hospital?

I have shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, ad hot flashes, followed by a trip to the restroom and an emotional breakdown. it reoccurs every 30 minutes or so for the past 3 days. is this normal?

I Was very hyped for LA Noire but after reading some Reviews, I'm thinking maybe i shouldn't be. I don't have much money so i do deep research before buying a game. that being said, i have a couple of questions.

1)I read there was nothing to do outside the main story? i heard that there were a few "radio calls" you can answer, but outside that, there's no reason to explore. Is this true?

2)This may sound a bit "Psycho", but like in GTA, do i have the ability to "go postal" and begin killing randomers? is there a penalty?

3)After i beat the game, can i continue from there, exploring and such? or does the game just end?

4)Before launch there was a Rumor that the 360 version was on multiple disks. is this true?

5)After launch, i heard the game had some freezing issues. was this true? has it been fixed?

6)Does the game include any form of Multiplayer?

7)This may be a repeat of an earlier question. im a huge fan of Open-World games. Oblivion, GTA, Etc, i love to put 200+ hours into a game i purchase. i read reviews that the game is beat in about 15 hours. am i really going to be done with LA Noire in 2 days? If so, then this probably isnt the game for me. I may just rent it, if i will become bored with it in 2 days.

How do i change this? can i make a dynamic Linking Library? wrapper? im no programmer but im hoping its not too hard, or that theres already a program out there where i can do this.

I need to see a dentist and i found one that doesn't require payment up-front. I have mentioned to them i am out of a job and unable to afford such things. If i make it clear i am unable to afford or pay for this, Can i be sued? They accepted me as a patient under those circumstances. I REALLY need to see a dentist but i just cant afford it. what do you all think?

Clicking this button simply seems to refresh the page. i have received no email about terms, and cannot login to accept terms.

windows Server 2008 seems to have lower ram requirement, almost to Windows XP's level. Are there any differences? i want a more "core" Windows experience, I'm not one to care about "Pretty Features". I've been thinking about making this switch for a while, but what finally pushed me is that when i switched from XP to 7, The Sims 3 no longer runs with texture details maxed. i have done everything i can to adjust ram usage, even shutting down ALOT of system services and programs to bring ram usage to its lowest. What will i lose if i switch to Win Server 2008 R2? What will i gain? Thanks

Does it come with the adapters to connect it to the original Xbox 360? i hope they aren't sold separately.

I've had chest pains for a Long while now, where my heart is. it got me worried to the point that i went to the hospital and had my heart checked out, but they said i was fine. I want to see what you guys think. i believe they thought it was gas >_>

i get a pressure feeling, and sometimes a ripping feeling

sometimes i get shaken, an overwhelmed feeling, and a "hot-flash".

And (the most embarrassing symptom) Very shortly after (about 30 seconds or so) i have a sudden extreme urge to rush to the restroom.

Now i very well understand it could just be gas, But why would i be feeling it in my heart area, along with the shakeyness and hot-flash like feelings?

of course, i dunno the names because i cannot select them, but one is bellow millfields, in the water, and the 2nd is above millfields. i have beaten the game, but never been to these places. how do i get there?

I need to know if its possible. :P I hope so.

is this somthing i should be worried about? i dont have any money to visit a doctor, so i only need to go if its an emergency. occasionly, i will get a VERY hard heart beat. note that i am taking my pulse via my neck, and both heart rates are while im sitting, doing nothing, browsing the web and what-not.
