I had a great evaluation with my boss and he told me I was getting a 3.5% (small) raise. Now, a month later, the company announced that nobody is getting a raise. Can they promise you something and never follow through like that? Do i have any options?

I have a 4 month old Pomeranian and a fenced-in yard. Sometimes when I am cooking dinner and I know she needs to potty, I try to let her into the back yard to take car of business. Unless I go out with her, she will just bark and scratch at the back door. How do I get her to play and potty in the yard without me there?

I have a database with several tables. I have a table called 'Credit Memos'. I have a field in that table 'Order Number'. On another table called 'Order Info' has a field called 'Order Number' (Primary Key). Some credit memos relate to more than one order. How can I get the multiple entries in the 'Order Number' field on the the 'Credit Memos' table to relate to the 'Order Number' fields on the 'Order Info' table.
