m a single mom in San Jose & I work in Fremont. Last Wed my car's transmission broke & I drove the car to a nearby car dealer.I asked for a reliable and in good condition used car. They sold me a 01 VW Passat 76K ml & assured me was in great shape & very reliable. They took my car as down payment for $500 & I gave them check $900 which they cashed immediately & a 2nd check of 900 dated 04/24; they said it would be 300 mth for 2 yrs. The 'Check engine' light was on; they said it needed complete tune up & they would do it. They asked me to return. I drove off Wed night with the car.Fri I noticed the car would "jerk" as if would die from time to time. I called & they said "Well you are coming back anyway don't worry we'll look into". The car was with their mechanic all Sat but wasn't fixed. I returned Mon & I was told to leave it for a whole day & they lend me a car; their lent car had bad brakes; Tue my car isn't fix; Today Wed & is not ready.I asked for my money back & they said no.The car isn't in my name yet since it hasn't pass smog and threfore isn't registered on my name and I just want my money back. According to the mechanic it probably is an engine problem or the transmission and is a 2000 dollar job and the dealer will NO repair something like that. I don't want this car since it has serious problems and I have asked to have my money back but they REFUSE and ignore me... Please help me! How can I get my money back?? Who can help me? I am really desperate! They have kept me in their car lot for hours and they just simply ignore me when I am there. Please help me...!! Time is on the essence since the car HAS NOT been smog and therefore, has NOT been registered on my name yet. Please someone help me!!!

I have a Toyota Corolla 96, I want to give it as a trade in and see if I could get a newer / better vehicle. I just checked my credit scores before doing anything and in one I have 585, in other I have 656 and the third one was 'inconclusive' due to no history (?) I wonder if I still qualify for a car loan? Is there anyone who understands about this and what advice do you have for me?

I am semi-new to this game and I am confussed about the following: Sometimes when I am prunning my crops, a 'golden coin' flies. On occasion, it show as a 1 farmville money credit, but not always. Why is that? am I doing something wrong? am I supposed to click on the coin when is flying? because I have tried that and it didn't work. What can I do? can anyone advice? thanks :)

Question: I have spoke to him about it and he says is just 'massage' but she posts this on the Erotic Services encounters, with photos of her half naked. I am so embarrased but I just fall to sleep IMMEDIATELY if I am translating a 'boring' conversation or "meeting''. I do my living by translating conferences, meetings, legal documents., etc. and when I am translating a 'slow' conversation I just can't stop from falling to sleep. Same happens if I begin to read a book or if I medidate... As soon as I close the book, or the meeting ends, my mind is wide awake and sharp... but the embarrasement is already there. I don't TOTALLY fall to sleep because I literally do INHUMAN efforts to avoid it but many times I have faded while the middle of the meeting. Any advice?
