  • Are they really "Madoff victims?"?

Anyone else getting annoyed by this term? Shouldn't it be "victims of their own greed?"

Sure, he was a scam artist, but aren't his "victims" just as guilty for never questioning where the money was coming from? Wasn't it their own greed that enabled him to run his scam for so long?

It lasted for so many years because no one cared how he was doing it, they were just happy to see some big numbers on a piece of paper.

  • 80's horor film title?

Drawing a blank and my google searches are getting me no where.

80's campy horror film. Guy finds a gateway in a cemetery to an underworld of bizarre monsters - one is like a porcupine with the spines and all. The guy is seeing a therapist and through the course of the movie we discover that the therapist is some sort of killer trying to earn his way into this underworld. It's very cheesy but fabulous - a bit of a cult film. I distinctly remember a scene with a guy who had these creepy thumb blades with which he cut his face off. Lovely, right?

I know as soon as I see the title I'm going to kick myself. It's been driving me nuts for 4 days. Many thanks in advance!

  • Is it to annoy me or are they just not intelligent?

Why do people come here to ask questions they could easily find out for themselves online? I mean, if one can find this portion of Yahoo, you'd think one could also figure out how to type in the question and search it themselves.

I'm fairly certain it's to annoy me.

  • Home keys: F&J vs. D&K?

It's already been answered why there are bumps on certain keys of the home row of a keyboard but... when I learned to type in middle school about 20 years ago, the bumps were on the D&K. Mac's in the early years also had the bumps on D&K while PC's had them on the F&J. Anyone know why this changed? I've been searching for sometime and I distinctly remember the bumps under my middle fingers. So much so that I occassionally mistype something today.
