Bankrupted a business years ago and found one of the loans SBA was guaranteed by the feds and when I went to to buy a home later couldn't get a clear caivrs until I paid off this $6500.

Now it is tax time and I am looking for some relief. I technically only had to pay this because I wanted an FHA loan. Any tax advise?

I have a report from a reunification counseler that I was told by the court I needed to furnish. My lawyer is telling me that although I have it in my hands, that I can not provide this document to the court until the doc is stipended by my ex's lawyer or that they are given an opportunity to x-examine the counselor who created it. If my counselor quashes their request/supena under privacy preveleges then I can possible bring the document in under an unavailble witness claus. Is this basically true?
