Is my landlord violating my right to quiet enjoyment?
My lease is up in a little over 2 months. My landlord thus far has had prospective tenants viewing the house multiple times.
one on Sunday evening
three on Tuesday evening + one canceled that day
two this evening
two scheduled tomorrow evening
one scheduled Friday midday
two scheduled Saturday evening
He also refused to reschedule the appointments today when I asked him to, saying I could not refuse per the lease. I told him this was intrusive, distracting, and that it upset my dog.
Is he violating my right to quiet enjoyment?
