I am cycling at high mountain bike settings Monday-Friday for over an hour long.

On weekends I am cycling 1 1/2 hours.

Now for the muscles, will they be compact or bulky on the more restraint setting?

Also how much weight in one week do you suppose a person starting out can burn/loose.

1 cup of soy milk

1 normal banana

1 table spoon of ground flax

1/2 table spoon of slim fast powder vanilla

1/2 cup of ice

Some how these small horse flies have gotten into my house and have been attacking my pets, also at my office were experiencing these same flies. Where I am living there has been a huge amount of bitting flies, even with sprayed rooms the flies are still there bitting employees, pets and customers at work and home. What can I do at home and work to rid of these flies without chemicals.

This new assistant manager who came in keeps calling me a 'babe' or says things along the line of 'excuses me babe'. Etc. I reported this to his supervisor and the big boss I left an email I’m worried over what tomorrow will bring in the office. I haven’t ever had an issue like this, odd thing is he’s twice my age and just married an computer software expert in our company and he calls me babe and other things. I don’t know what to expect in the morning at work.

I had a bad fall out with my ex. After we ended the women who he cheated on me with called and harassed me over things she was misinformed of and I ended up involving the police due to Harassment from both of them. I don’t’ care if he married her or what, so why inform me he knocked her up a second time and ‘married her’? It’s been over 2 1/2 years since the last I had seen him and the police were called that day to get him away from me.

A few months back I got another email from him out of the blue to inform me of the woman he cheated on me with he knocked up a second time. So why are you informing me?

I ended up deleting that email. I don't have time for there harassment, so I blocked there new email then that was the time I started to post information about my current relationship online, photos etc. happy things.

Then again today he or his 'wife' wrote me again at my myspace. Why now? Why the emails to inform me he’s so happy and she’s ‘better then I was’ so why bother?

I had simalar dreams years ago when I was back at my mothers home.

It actually took place at her home. I rememer hearing the sounds of somoene walking through snow. I also remember being back at her house which is ranch style where its one floor and looking through the window.

I remember seeing a person in all white like they were hiding in the snowl, when they smiled and showed there gun towards the window they showed crooked teeth and I remember they looked familar, I'd place an Ex in my mind. I'd like to think the dream ended well but there was a reason I woke up.

In the dream they were waving and smiling evilly at me through the windoe before showing a gun and that's when i awoke scared.

I have an old house est. 1939, and this year has been the year of flooding and moths. I have tried moth balls and it doesn't work. My house is attracting moths like crazy, how can I rid of them, but do it without any harsh chemicals or anything harsh?

I lost my job today, i get paid for the rest of the week

after a year in court the other owners of the company won and basically my boss lost and I lost my job.

I have a small package I get for losing my job, it's less then a motnhs pay, but monday i can star getting unemployment.

I contaced student loans about a deferment form, contact my school if they sent one in and I have that going for me.

For the rest of my bills I will have to see what they can do or work with me. I have an interview tomarrow for a new job i hope that goes well.

I not sure what else I can do at this point in the game-

I do I worry all the time about things like money and work and paying bills what do you worry about?

Were having steak, but were topping it with mushrooms and green onions that sautéed then side items mashed potatoes and steamed baby snap peas in the pod

I woke up last night after hearing the number 90 yelled. I looked around and no one was out side and I was by myself and it was the dead of night, I'm not sure but I remember it beeing a deep male voice. I scared me to the point I woke up having a panic attack until I calmed down.

I don't watch TV so it wasn't the TV either I just remember the number 90 being yelled.

I'm sick and threw up after lunch, but I can't afford to take the day off so I'm working for another four hours so I can pay my bills

We were once best friends, but in my dream I was back at my moms house and she came over because we made up then something occurred and an argument started up. I remember her going to her now fiancées care and then the police came because of an argument we had again.

I woke up with my heart pounded from this, I hadn't thought of her for a long time but it was odd that I was back home at my mothers

I got some sugar free byrants ice cream and made floats with coke zero. They tasted fine, but I'm curious what others think about these new deserts.

Also they had 100 calorie drum sticks that made me want to cry they were so small...
