~~It's Me!~~

I'm twenty years old and support myself entirely. I pay my own rent and bills. I am a full time student and was told that I HAD to use their income information in order to receive financial aid which is ridiculous. But they don't pay for my school or anything. They claimed me for 2010 but I had lived a portion of the year with them. I was just wondering if they can claim me or not or if I can get my full refund instead of $50 dollars back on federal taxes like I did last year, which I had to spend to do my state taxes...so really I didn't get a return at all and worked full time for the entire year.

My boyfriend and I have been together almost a year. In the beginning there were some trust issues. I moved away to go to college and we decided that we would stay together and I plan on moving back after this semester. Anyway, I thought we were over the trust problems we had, but he freaked out on me the other night. A friend of mine (female) is having a formal party. I had bought a dress about 2 months ago. When I bought it, I sent him a picture of it and he told me he liked it. Anyway, so this party is sort of like a masque. So the other night, I put my dress on and my mask, took a picture and sent it to him. He flipped out on me asking if I was cheating on him and whatnot. Taken aback, I said no and asked why he would say that. And he told me because it looked like I was trying to impress someone. It turned into this huge fight. The next morning he apologized.

Anyway, I'm not sure if this means anything. It's just frustrating.

Anyway, so my boyfriend and I had only been dating a few months before I moved away to go to college. At the time, I didn't think it was appropriate to ask him to come with me. I didn't want to scare him off or anything. So we stayed together and only see each other when I come to visit. He got into some trouble, so hasn't been able to come and visit me. He has a t-mobile prepaid phone and the last time he bought a card he got the unlimited texting, but not unlimited calling. So we haven't gotten to talk on the phone very much lately. So it's just been texting, which we've been doing for months now anyway even when we can talk. Anyway, he told me the other day that he hates texting, and if it wasn't for me he would shut it off entirely. Randomly out of nowhere, he'll stop texting and I won't get a reply for hours.

Is it wrong that this annoys me to no end?? We can't see each other and now we can't talk on the phone, so texting is the only way we can communicate. What can I do or say to make him realize that its bugging me and hopefully get him to stop doing it?

By the way we've been together 11 months now. I'm either moving back in the summer or he's moving up here soon.

So I moved away for college. My boyfriend and I stayed together and have almost been together for a year. There was a period that he broke up with me, but we still talked every day and nothing had changed. Later I found out that the reason was he had gotten himself into some trouble and didn't want me involved. We ended up getting back together. To make a long story short, there is a possibility that he could go to jail.

The thing is, for the past week or so he has been really distant. We got into a fight one night and the next day he called and apologized and said that he wasn't really mad he was just trying to push me away because he's afraid he's going to jail and he doesn't want to hurt me. The whole pushing away thing doesn't work with me LOL. Anyway, he is avoiding talking on the phone with me, he isn't as talkative when we text, and hasn't told me he loved me without me saying it first in a week. It's been bugging me and when I said something about it, he told me that I was overreacting. Yesterday was a lot better, but still not the same. But I don't know what to do. Long distance is hard enough, but when the communication aspect goes out the window it's even harder. I'm in love with him but honestly, this is really stressing me out. Any thoughts or advice?

So I read the novel A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court by Mark Twain. I have to write a paper about it. My topic of choice is the role of divine right and social rankings/classes. I have the information I need, but I'm horrible at coming up with thesis statements. Can anybody help me out please?

I'm not sure what the problem is. It works occasionally. But most of the time nope. I'm usually on a Macbook. Last night, while it wasn't working, my brother (who was on the desktop) said his was working just fine. Could it be my laptop?? It is really irritating lol.

Don't get me wrong I love Literature courses. However, one of my least favorite parts is the poetry section. For as long as I can remember I have always had trouble with poetry. For whatever reason it is hard for me to understand. I love to write, but not poetry. I'm doing homework for one of my literature classes. Why is it that EVERY poem has to have a meaning? Do poets not write just because they feel like writing and at the time that is what popped into their imagination? According to my literature class, every word has some hidden meaning or they say something but mean something else.

I'm just being curious. Do they really ALL have some hidden meanings?

I'm trying to wrap up my applications for college. Last semester due to many issues, my grades dropped. I talked to a person from one of the colleges I am applying to and she recommended, since it is a definite contrast compared to my previous high school grades that I write a letter to the board of admissions.

How would I go about doing this so that it sounds professional and gets my point across. (the reasoning behind the grade drop and how much I would still like to be considered for admission) Without sounding like I'm pleading? Any ideas?

So half of the music in the store that is available to buy, I have on CDs. Is there a way that I could add it from my Cds to the Wii?

There was this guy that I dated for only a couple weeks. We were really into each other and I liked him a lot. He started not being talkative so I gave him some space and let him contact me. He did after a day of not talking and asked if I wanted to go to lunch with him before work because he had to tell me something. So, I went, knowing but hoping it wasn't what I thought. We sat down and he told me he liked me a lot but that he thought we should just be friends. I said okay and we sat and talked for the next hour.

I was upset, but figured that if he just liked me as a friend that I couldn't change it so might as well get over it. I went to work and then went home. I found out the next day that the reason he broke it off with me was because there was this girl whom he had really liked previously that he ended up liking again. And he wanted to give it a shot with her. So then I was really bummed.

I actually thought that we could have had a good relationship and that things were left unfinished. We still talk, which is maybe why I haven't totally gotten over it. But I want to have the opportunity of giving things another chance. It isn't like we ended on bad terms or anything, it was just unfinished.

What do you think I should do?

So it likes to do this to me. One day it will work..it works for about a week and then it randomly decides not to. I get the message at the bottom that says "Sorry, myspaceIM is unavailable right now. Please try again later." It stays like this for days and sometimes weeks. I'm in my second week of it not working! I've sent myspace a message a couple times before. Shortly after it will work again, but only for about a week then it will go back. Last time it did it, I logged onto my desktop and it worked while on my laptop it didn't. What the heck is going on and does anyone else have this problem??

So I went to public school my entire life up until my sophomore year. Then I started doing an online school. The first year I was fine with it. By my junior year I was tired of it. Then by this year, my senior year, I started doing badly. I've always been a straight A student. This year its just not happening. I just can't make myself focus on it. Maybe its because I don't like it.

Well I want to go back to public school. I miss out on soooo many opportunities and interactions. I miss my friends terribly! I still get to play tennis through my old school, but its not the same as getting to see everybody. My online school organizes a prom, but would you really want to go to a prom where you don't really know anybody? I want to go to prom. I have one last semester and I don't want to waste it! I want to graduate with the people I grew up with.

I have moments where I don't even think about it, but then something reminds me. Like today one of my friends posted some pics on their myspace page of everybody. I miss them so much and I want to be a part of it!

My parents are against me going back. How can I convince them to let me. I had been pushing for my whole senior year but that plan fell through. Now I have one last chance. How can I get them to let me go?

Why does Chaucer include both positive and negative representations of people from different estates in The Canterbury Tales? Just to have diversity in his tales? Or what? What do you guys think

I've been told by multiple people that they don't know how I turned out so well. I'm the total opposite of everything I've grown up dealing with. My parents and I are totally different. For as long as I can remember I've always watched and learned. Also, I've always known what I wanted out of life. I didn't have a proper childhood. I kind of raised my brothers.

But my question is: Do you think that people are born with initiative? Or is that a rare thing?

So me and this guy had been dating for a couple weeks. We were really into each other, and talked all the time. We never ran out of things to say. Randomly he stops being talkative, so I leave him alone for a day. Then he texts me and asks if I wanna go to lunch because he wants to tell me something. So I go, preparing myself for it. We sit down and I get told that he really likes me a lot, but he thinks we should just be friends. So I play it cool and just say ok. We sit there and talk for the next hour and I'm a little late for work. He tells me he wants to hang out that weekend. So we do and have fun. But the entire time we were hanging out, one minute he would be fine (the guy I liked) then the next minute he would be quiet and kinda lost in his thoughts.

Well I found out why he ended it. Apparently this girl that he used to be like in love with started talking to him again...its a long story that I'm not gonna type up.

Usually I would just get over it. But I really like this guy...a lot. So what I'm asking is what should I do????

By the way, things were going great. He was always asking me to hang out and wanting to spend time with me. So it wasn't like he was uninterested from the start. We were talking like crazy and had a ton in common. Then the next day he wasn't being "talky" lol

I was crying last night. I fell asleep crying. Today my eyes are paying the consequences. I have to work in 2 hours. How can I get rid of the puffy eyes??? Please help me out =)

I have a (I think he is about 9) dalmation. They are naturally hyper and active. So I've come to expect that kind of behavior from him. He loves to play. However, when its bed time, he gets up on my bed and lays down and goes to sleep. Well, last night when I let him in, he jumped up like normal and laid down for a minute. But he started whining and was just really antsy. So I pet him, to try and get him to quiet down, but he didn't stop whining til he fell asleep. I figured maybe his stomach was upset or something. Well, I had to call my place of employment early this morning and I put him outside...he usually sleeps til 8:30 ish. But he was whining so I put him out and then I let him back in after about 10 minutes. So this morning while I was examining my other dog (who has a bug bite or something that I think I'm going to need to take him to the vet for) my dalmation comes up on the porch and is doing his whining and just being really hyper. So I had to go to work. Well tonight when I let him in for bed, he does the same thing. And when I got home, he wasn't waiting for me like usual, I had to call him. He ran up from the backyard quickly and just fine and him and my other 2 dogs were wrestling and playing. But he's starting to bug me. My mom thinks he might be sensing a change in the weather or something, because her horses are acting weird too. But its starting to bug me. Like he finally went to sleep and is fine now, but when he wakes up he'll probably be the same. Any thoughts???
