I'm not sure if you can get any equity out of a manufactured home but I'm positive that there is no equity in an apartment.

If so, have you successfully done it and what was/would it be like?

I know I don't look good with a beard but I don't enjoy shaving each morning.

It appears to me that through fault of our legal system mooches that want to screw over hard working people that were trying to help them are protected. My roommate (who has no substantial financial investment thus far) recently punched a whole in a wall. I am looking at loosing my deposit because this clown was a destructive pig. Can I legally kick him to the curb or am I correct in assuming I have to take it up the *ss on this one or go to jail?

Does anyone one know how to fix a drywall wall? Bonus points go to the person who can tell me how to fix all the scratches on my kitchen counters.

A long time ago I tossed my TV and picked up a book. Allot of people seem freaked out by the fact my living room isn't centered on the old tube. Should I reconsider introducing the old baby sitter for my friends' sake.

Do we honestly need the Democrats and Republicans? I don't want to sound ignorant but what do they do besides give lazy people an easy way out and pursue self benefit?

Would the world be a better place if with out political parties?
