I have recently purchased 2 IP cameras for use around my hours.

1 is a Loftek Sentinel-d1 Professional

the other is just a cheap standard IP camera

I have been looking for software now for atleast a month without finding anything decent.

I need it to have motion detect functionality which can record to an external source (My NAS Device)

Anything good that I find doesnt support my cameras or costs a fortune to license.

I would prefer some free software but if its decent enough then I wouldnt mind paying a small fee.

If anyone know of something good that would be appreciated.

I found one from iLuv on Amazon

But it doesn't appear to work with the iPod Touch or iPhone.

I think this is a great idea, it plays video and audio straight from the ipod and it also doubles as a DVD/CD player.

The only thing is, I have a (non-compatible) iPod touch.

Does anyone own this and can confirm it works with a touch? Or does anyone know of any more out there on the market which are reasonably priced and can do the same thing?

I have created a few count queries to display number of open requests,incidents and problem tickets logged in the service desk DB. Is there a way that I can have all 3 queries run and all display in the results section as one result but with 3 columns displaying the results instead of returning them all as seperate results?

Does anyone know if there are virtual machiens out there that emulate a physical machine itself, for example, I want a virtual machine that can emulate a HP workstation or a dell laptop etc so I can test and see if my Build server works with them etc and identify any driver issues/conflicts.

This would really help if it can be done.

i was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on Gpupdate.

I know what it does, for example refreshes your policy and enforces any changes made within it but I need some more technical information if possible.

For example, what kind of process does it make when doing this?

Does it literally just update/refresh your group policy or does it interact with anything else?

The main reason that I am asking this is because I am experiancing flickering on my screen at random times but I noticed that when I do a Gpupdate, it makes the screen flicker too.

Does Gpupdate put a strain on your local machine/operating system?

Hi all...

My Windows media player has become REALLY slow...it takes forever to change song, and i mean forever...and then skips alot at the end of EVERY song i play!

I know its impossible to uninstall it as it is part of the OS but does anyone have any ideas?

I have tried clearing out my library etc but that didnt do a thing!

Also does anyone know where i can re-install this from? i have spent hours browsing the internet but cant seem to find an easy download for vista!
