    Animal Control is "Canvassing" door to door in the area of Los Angeles County where I live to find out who has pets and who doesn't. If the pets have licenses and are up to date on their vaccines. If not citations are being issued. If you aren't home upon their second visit you will be fined $40.00. This can't be legal, is it?

  • I rescued an older dog that wasn't ever house trained. Help...?

    I had an older dog who was totally incontinent at the end of his life. Now the new dog thinks its o.k. to pee on the floor too. I had the floors steam cleaned several times since my older dog passed but dogs can still pick up on the scent no matter what you do.

    So how do I stop the new dog from peeing in the house? She only does it on the carpet, but I don’t want to leave her trapped in the kitchen for ever.
