System takes 12 to 15 minutes to go from off to the desktop. Antivirus programs are uninstalled cause they were causing a the system to lock up. Once the computer is all the way on it runs fine. It's a pentium 4 with over a gig of RAM. Booting into Safe Mode takes even longer. Several start up processes have been shut off with no effect. I'm looking to do a clean wipe and reinstall tomorrow and was wondering if anyone has suggestions or ideas about this.

How do you get the ghosts to shot themselves? I've already beaten the game and that's the one achievement I can't seem to accomplish.

All I remember about the series is that there were 2 guys who get super powers. One wants to become a super hero, the other wants a normal life. Just to throw a twist in the works... the 2 of them cannot be more then a few yards apart for very long or they will die. It was really funny but I think it only ran for a year or so sometime in the mid 90's. I'd like to know the name so I can try to look it up again.
