Well for starters my manager is always messing up the schedule and always putting people where they have no business working or feeling uncomfortable working at 

Second. There is always a harassment from higher up like the manager and supervisors some of them are lazy and don’t get no work done and really don’t help the regular employees do nothing cause supervisors are supposed to help and be on top of things not just sit back and do nothing and on top of that they always nit pick over simple stuff which is not a big deal and on top of that they would throw someone else’s work load on your work load now you have 2 people’s job to do 

Three. There is a lot of drama there it’s either a supervisor or a manager cussing at the associate or wanting to belittle the employee by going around gossiping about another associate or either talking bad about them in front of associates and I mean we would have customers in the cafe and the manager would come out and yell at associate on front of guest 

So what should I do about this should I call HR or not ?

Y’all what should I do should I go ask the leasing lady when my lease is up ?

Well i need help becouse my lease ends ay the end of November and i was wondering should i start looking now or wait till it ends just wondering
