I live in Texas where the support order was given. Can they draw it from her public assistance? What can be done? We are going on 6 months without a payment.

Ex wife has visitation this weekend? But she is in Mexico on a cruise. Her sister stated that she will be coming by to pick up the kids. I was never notified that she was even out of the country because she does not communicate with me at all. And while she can designate a competent adult for pick up she will not even be here this weekend. And my ex never notified me of this. Do I have to give up my daughters this weekend?

I am the custodial parent of my daughter with sole custody. Her mother is supposed to start paying child support starting June 1 but fled Texas to go to Florida. Now she refuses to answer anything or anyone. She told someone that she moved to Florida to avoid it and as long as she never moves back she will never have to pay it. Does moving to Florida make her unreachable?

Interesting problem I have with my daughters rec softball team:

They have one kid on the team who constantly runs to their coach and tattles on other players for the smallest of infractions or lower effort. She even attempts to take over activities when the coach is away to the confusion of the other players. When the players state that she is not the coach and they were told to do something else she states she will run and tell coach.

Yesterday during their practice one of the girls said she did not like the drill they were doing. The yet to be named player went to coach and told on them again. This has gone on for 3 seasons.

I am the custodial parent and he only has visitation. He originally told me they were camping about 45 minutes away and then I found out he is now in Arkansas over 6 hours away! The other elements in this scenario are pretty bad so everything he does with my son is suspect.

My ex wife and I have agreed the children need and want to live with me and we are looking for the cheapest way to do this legally. We live in the DFW area and wonder if we can file the papers ourselves without a lawyer or minimize a lawyers involvement?

I was fired by my employer and when he issued me my last paycheck via the mail I deposited it even though it was $300 short. He mad it even worse by stopping payment on the check without ever even informing me of why! I live in Texas! So now my bank called me and said I am 750 in the hole because he stopped payment. What the hell can I do?!?!? I have a 5 year old! How do I get my money back? How do I get him for the banking fees accrued on my bank account? This is crazy!

They said my dogs have been barking and to have them out by Monday. I have received no other notice at all about this. Can they do this and only give me a few days? I live in Dallas if that helps.

I have a buddy who pissed hot once and got an article 15. He has been out for a while now and applied for a job but got turned down because the Army told his prospective employer he smoked pot while he was in . Is that legal? calculations. Can she do that with my VA disability? She is also threatening to use my GI bill in the calculations if I get the post 9/11 GI bill and get BAH from it. Can she do that? Before everyone jumps on the "It's for your kids" bandwagon. I pay 1100 a month to her and my children have holes in their shoes. I provide health insurance , I pay for all extracurricular activities, glasses , braces, etc, etc. But at her house they do nothing . She buys herself western wear and expensive boots while my kids go without. They make their own dinners. Do their own laundry. Watch themselves until 2 or 3 in the morning. This is not the mother of the year nor is the money trickiling down to my babies. I just want some ideas on if this is legal or not. I live in the state of Texas if that helps. Thanks in advance.

I went to Adventure Landing this past Sunday and they had a Dallas Police Officer stationed at the front turning people away because there was a private party there and the whole park was rented out. She was in full uniform and had a loaded sidearm! Is this legal? We pay taxes therefore her salary! I believe she has the right to earn extra cash but OUT of uniform not in! And definitely not armed at a Fun park! When I see an officer I see a representative of the city and law not a security guard for an amusement park!

My battery died on my 2007 Mercury Milan. I replaced the battery and then my radio would not come on. The car runs great now but how do I get my radio back. I checked the fuses and they looked fine.Thanks in advance for your help.
