A heating and air company today serviced my furnace to get it ready for the winter. They charged me a service call charge plus a $5 ENVIRO FEE that the service tech said was required by law. I have never heard of that. Is there some sort of law requiring heating and air companies to charge an environment fee?

I am a novice investor. While their debt is a little high, it doesn't seem outrageous. And Citadel seems to be making money. Why is this stock priced at bankruptcy levels?
