Sorry for some of the awkward phrasing or different constants, I'm translating. I don't need this solved, just what I did wrong.

Two girls begin a chain letter. They send a letter to two of their friends each. Those that recieve the letter get two days to send it on. The post office takes to days to deliver each letter.

How many days does it take from the time the chain letter starts until 2 million letters are sent?

I assume it's geometric because the numbers go up exponentially. I'm solving for n. I also know I need the sum formula.

My first thought was to set it up this way:

s(n)= 2000000

k (quotient)=2

a(1)=2

so

20000000=2((2^n-1)/(2-1)

I simplified to 99999=2^n

Change of base gave:

log(99999)/log(2)= 16.61

I then thought to multiply by 4 to get the final answer.

I got 66 days. The answer is 76 days.

I have a feeling I need to alter the quotient instead of multiplying by 4 at the end, but I'm not sure how I should go about doing that.

I know this is simple, and I feel dumb for asking, but I'm doing this on my own, and the books I have aren't the best.

I have tried toggling them on and off, and they will not show up on the map. Oddly, I can use the "show on map" function with these quests. It will move to the general location, but still won't show the specific place the quest is.

This is especially problematic since I have the four "take the hidden treasure" misc quests after I completed Where You Hang Your Enemy's Head.

Is it best to cross on foot and then take the marshrutka on to Lviv or can I take a coach directly without too much of a wait at the border this time of year?

I know it's best to fly, but that's just not an option for this trip. :)

I live in the same house as someone who is an insanely light sleeper. The worst part is he doesn't think he is! I do my best to be quiet, but I'm never quiet enough.

I guess the worst part is I can't have a rational conversation about it because he insists it's 100% my fault and my problem. I get that I can be loud, but he's also is an incredibly light sleeper. I try to conform my schedule but I have to use the bathroom and eat sometimes.

No idea what to do. I can't move. I'm totally stressed.
